The Network is holding a Forum on Friday 19th March 6:30 – 9:00pm at K2, Crawley.

There will be a Q & A session at the Road Running Workshop, providing an opportunity to put questions about this side of the sport to a panel including guests - Ed Warner and Martin Rush.

Coach and Athlete Development Days

Four Development Days for Athletes and Coaches (similar to the former County Squad Days) have been arranged for the winter of 2009/10, with the County’s top performing athletes in all track and field events being invited to attend along with their coaches.

These sessions will provide development opportunities for athletes and coaches together, with County Coaches leading each event group through a training session. In addition there will be Master Classes for certain events on each of the four days where the whole group will benefit from the guidance of a top National Coach.

All will be held at Lewes Leisure Centre with the indoor facility available if the weather is bad. Please click here for the full Programme For Coaches.
